Ken was extremely helpful in guiding me to selecting the home to fit my needs. He’s extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. And very patient with his clients. I know he was with me. I’ve been looking for 2+ years to find a right home. Once I found a home, it made the process of submitting an offer extremely easy, then went over all the documentation, explain the closing process he even helped me select the new colors for the home. He is truly a professional.

Ken Worley was always there to respond to our questions and concerns in a timely fashion and has kept us informed and educated on the process all the way. He added a personal touch to our conversations for example recommending a restaurant or a paint color and discussed personal events of the day and genuinely seemed concerned for your thoughts and feelings. He really went above and beyond the call of a realtor all the while working in the background as to what was needed to get the job done. The documents were completed and submitted no matter the time of day even if it required late into evening on account of time sensitivity. He would explain the documents thoroughly so there were no surprises. He was on top of the market watching for exactly what we were looking for and as soon as it came up, he had us in to see the house the next day and contract was in that same evening. He made himself available any time of day and made you feel you were his priority. He was always dressed very neat and professional looking. I would highly recommend Ken Worley for your realtor as I excitedly look forward to moving into our new home.

Ken knew what I was looking for and the day the property came on the MLS he called, next day we viewed and wrote a contract. I credit my wonderful new home to him being on top of his job!!!
